With over 20 years of experience across healthcare, wellness, patient care, and practice operations, Susan brings a grounded and strategic perspective to helping individuals and healthcare practices move forward with greater clarity and structure. Born and currently still living outside of Pittsburgh, Pa, Susan is a wife and mom who enjoys reading, spending time with family + friends, her german shepherd and country music.
Experience across healthcare, wellness, and operations
Her background spans clinical care, patient experience, healthcare operations, wellness consulting, and business development — allowing her to bridge both the human and operational side of growth. Susan is currently a registered dental hygienist, certified health coach and in the process of completing her FDN Practitioner certification. This will allow for the ordering of specialized functional lab testing for clients in the fall of 2026.
