-Returns 

Due to the nature of our collections, returns are not accepted. 

-Retail Purchases

All collections are for personal use. All retail purchases are not to be resold.

-Wholesale Purchases

If you are interested in shopping wholesale with us, please send an email to wholesale@salthoneysage.com and we will get back to you soon! Please have your reseller ID number, EIN and/or wholesale certificate available. All wholesale purchases are required to be sold by the purchasing entity (not to be resold to or on a third party like Amazon or Etsy etc.). These orders are exempt from free shipping and additional discount codes and payment is due at time of purchase.

-Shipping & Production Times

As all collections are hand crafted in small batches please allow time for your order to ship. Our shop and shipping department are open 9-5pm EST M-F (excluding US holidays) and tries to send out orders within 1-3 business days. All pre-order collections will ship on the date noted in the listing. Please be aware the shipping times estimated at checkout are not guaranteed by Salt + Honey + Sage. Please double check your shipping address during checkout. If any items are returned  due to an incorrect address, shipping will need to be re-paid before that order is re-sent. Once an order is completed the shipping address can not be changed. The shipping company must be contacted by the buyer to resolve issues or file any claims if orders are lost in transit, damaged or unable to be delivered. Once an order leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for it if lost in transit, damaged or unable to be delivered, a new order will have to be placed. 

-International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

-Content

All design and content (material, media, logos, copy, images etc.) is owned by and belongs to Salt + Honey + Sage, LLC. Use of images without permissions prohibited. Collections may be posted to social media and the like but are required to have links back to our page, be properly tagged or noted that image/content is from Salt + Honey + Sage.
